Edward M. Duke

Larry Preston

Mr. Preston has been actively involved in healthcare for over 30 years. Mr. Preston has experience in small specialty hospitals to large university hospitals, as well as corporate owned hospitals and community based hospitals. Mr. Preston has extensive management experience in
physician offices, physician recruitment as well as start up healthcare companies.

Mr. Preston has been active in state and local organizations that have earned him leadership positions within the Healthcare Financial Management Association. Mr. Preston is a Certified Manager of Patient Accounts (CMPA), a Certified Managed Care Professional (CMCP) and a Fellow from the Healthcare Financial Management Association (FHFMA). Mr. Preston is also a member of the Medical Group Management Association. Mr. Preston has testified on healthcare issues before the Nevada State legislature and the Clark County Commissioners.

Mr. Preston has his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from San Jose State University (1979) and his Masters of Business Administration from Golden Gate University (1985). Mr. Preston has taught healthcare classes for the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and masters level courses at St. Francis University in the Las Vegas campus.

Mr. Preston has been involved with several charities over the years, especially the Nevada Childhood Cancer Foundation and the American Cancer Society in Las Vegas.

Ernest Libman  

Erenst W. Libman has over 60 years of healthcare experience. He holds B.A. from the University  of Minnesota and a M.A. in hospital administration from the University of Minnesota School of  Public Health. His experience includes 40 years as a hospital CEO in the Las Vegas area. 5 years  as a HMO CEO, including starting the first qualified HMO in the U.S. at NorthCare HMO.  Additionally, he has 20 years as a healthcare consultant with a number of physician groups.

Carole Fisher

Ms. Fisher is the former President and CEO of Nathan Adelson Hospice. In a fiercely competitive  market, she positioned the organization as southern Nevada’s hospice of choice and employer of  preference. Under her guidance, the organization acquired two hospice organizations and was  recognized as a 100 Best Places to Work in the country for 8 years. Today, she serves as the  organizations Principal Advisor for Strategic Initiatives. 

Prior to her role at the hospice, Ms. Fisher served as the Executive Director for Southwest Medical  Associates (SMA). As a superior chief administrator, she was responsible for overseeing eight  medical clinics. In this role, Ms. Fisher was charged with improving quality, access, and coordination  of care for seniors. Prior to working in ambulatory care settings, she held C-Suite positions in mission driven and for profit behavioral healthcare organizations.

In 2015, Ms. Fisher attained her Master of Leadership Arts and Sciences from the Thayer Institute. Her professional and community accomplishments have also been recognized through awards and honors. Ms. Fisher currently serves as a board and adjunct faculty member of The Thayer Institute and a member of the Women Business Leaders in Healthcare. She is a former board member of the Visiting Nurse Association of America – a subsidiary of ElevatingHOME, MountainView Hospital - a subsidiary of HCA, HealthInsight, UNLV Health Law Program Advisory Board, Nevada Hospital Association, National Partnership for Hospice Innovation, National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization’s Governance and Public Policy Committees; National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization’s Hospice Action Network; United Way of Southern Nevada Women’s Leadership Council; and Elisabeth Kubler-Ross Foundation.

Kelly E. LeGrow

With more than 30 years of healthcare and insurance experience, Kelly E. LeGrow has developed and implemented operational, business and marketing strategies for hospitals, third party administrators, pharmacy benefits managers, managed care organizations and physician groups.

Kelly also has developed PPO and HMO networks, home health agencies and insurance brokerage firms. She was instrumental in the expansion and elevation of Waymark Insurance Services, which she sold to Brown & Brown Insurance in 2015.

Kelly has overseen strategic development and marketing of large self-funded, fully-insured, managed care and ancillary healthcare clients. She holds a current health and life insurance license and is highly skilled in evaluating and negotiating contracts on behalf of physicians groups and is currently the Vice President of Group Sales and Consulting for Brown & Brown Insurance of Nevada.

Kelly has lived in southern Nevada since 1984 and holds a bachelor’s degree from the UNLV. Her volunteerism includes Chair of the Nevada Healthcare Foundation, Vice president of the Nevada Neuroscience Foundation, Board Chair of the Nevada chapter of the American Lung Association, founding board member of Nevada Executive Women in Health Care, and a member of the national Women Business Leaders.
